You are right - it's funny because it's so obviously out of context. The "By a simple majority for purely internal affairs" bit, brilliant. It's like some of Douglas Adams stuff - putting in a top heavy bureaucracy into a gleeming futuristic age.

Dont believe the Foos, I love the ladykillers. Its got all that cool Coen Brothers Dialogue, Tom Hanks is awesome in it. I would say its way better than Intolerable Cruelty. Its not Fargo granted, but still a good movie.
