Generally I've found I've not had to queue once to get into the SE Corner since maybe like 2016/17? Maybe just been lucky but definitely feels like they've found a system that works for the area

Downlow lineup looking tasty. Inevitably will probably not make it inside this year due to the popularity but some big names at IICON too which is good. Would highly recommend catching Cakes Da Killa if this is your vibe

Pretty much zero way as they hand out the tickets on your coach and even if you missed it and went to the box office to collect it would only be available once the ticket is physically there I think? Would just focus on the fact that you've been lucky enough to get tickets and see the benefits of a late arrival which is really quick entry and quick set up in the outer campsites so less tiredness which means you can sort yourselves out fast and crack on.

Departing Wednesday 5:45am and returning 4am Monday. WOO.

I'm surprised Perfect Sense hasn't popped up in setlists. Feels like it would make a lovely set closer (or at least before the encore). I saw them at Sziget last year so part of me is debating whether to skip them but I do have great memories of the last time they played Glastonbury.

I remember going to NYC Downlow on the Wednesday in 2017 but remember it being a lot quieter due to the noise restrictions and there not being any of the usual entertainment onstage. Was it like that last year?

Had a quick search and in 2019 it looked like the latest departure for Wednesday was 1045 and first departure was 7am.

Does anyone know the range of departure times from Brum on Wednesday last year? I feel like there was once a thread for this somewhere but can't remember.

I've never really found it that difficult to get a good spot for the headliners. Even the likes of Blur and Radiohead I'd managed to make my move after whoever was subbing and get a decent spot.

Alvvays, Snail Mail, MUNA, Jockstrap and Bloc Party are ones I think could appear and also happen to be artists I'd like to be there too

The idea that anyone should be worrying now is so silly. Even in 2011 when it was pretty chaotic I remember a lovely dry ground on the Sunday after a few hours of sunshine. Keep the faith!

Unfortunately Williams Green in my experience would pull in big crowds on Thursday and then they'd struggle for the bands I saw there during the weekend. That said, it was always a nice area to chill in no matter what day.

These are great as well as being surprisingly sturdy too.

Be mindful of the fact that there is limited coach storage as I've seen things get left behind before. I always try and pack a little on the lighter side, especially when going by coach and its absolutely worth it (even if it means more expense there!).

Looks like lots of activity where The Other Stage will go, no?

I had that exact one in 2019 (3pm Weds from Reading) and I was a little gutted it left so late but ended up being ideal as there were no queues on arrival and the journey was very smooth. Just remember you'll be going and not to worry 🙂

Anyone else bored of the lazy critiques of their sound now? I absolutely love the latest record and they were excellent when I saw them at Sziget Festival last year. Like, it was obviously so exciting back in the day with the debut album, the demos and the hype that led up to it (I saw them in the mid 2000s like many of you) but it was a sound and a set of songs that worked well for then and just doesn't feel the same now. I don't want to see a band that fuels itself solely on nostalgia - give us range! I concede this will make me one of very few with this opinion but its boring reading the same complaints time and time again.

Not sure there is a public timetable available but you'll get an email in the next month telling you which time you'll be departing.

New system must be cracking for getting them cleared so fast!
