  1. Sadly as of 2017 it would have to be a Badger solo appearance 😞
  2. This is completely accurate... UNLESS we were to be gifted a special appearance by the mum and dad voice actors from Bluey - in which case you can expect a stampede of Millennial parents (whether the kids are with them or not).
  3. Ooh I'm into this - thanks for the recommendation!
  4. I feel your pain - we don't live near family and it's very, very tricky for both of us to go somewhere together for more than a few hours without the kids. Currently trying to negotiate a double sleepover with friends so we can do a 1-day trip to Download 👀 Luckily my OH 'retired' from Glastonbury after 2013 so I still get to have my fun 💃🎉 * *ticket gods allowing, of course
  5. Haaa, they do say you can put 'anything' in there
  6. Mark Lanegan AND Dave Grohl - legendary tour lineup 😍
  7. My other half saw him at the O2 last week and said it was brilliant. Said EJ is old, and basically plays piano or shuffles about a bit, but he's still got it.

    Brixton Crush

    Bad times 😞 https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/brixton-o2-academy-licence-revoked-met-police-asake-crowd-crush-b1076539.html
  9. Just managed to grab standing tix for the Wed preview show - still some availability for several shows on Ticketmaster right now if anyone interested!
  10. My thoughts exactly- by removing the payment stage / authentication it now just seems you just need to run code that will enter 2 bits of info, and anyone techy and/or rich enough could have thousands of bots doing that. At least the old system often rewarded perseverance. (I have a ticket, btw, but a bunch of us were trying for friends and never got past holding).
  11. Got tickets for the new Stranger Things play on presale today - thought it may be of interest to some of you too: https://www.atgtickets.com/shows/stranger-things-the-first-shadow/phoenix-theatre/
  12. Yep, mine going strong after several festivals and weekends away. It maybe does 4.5 charges instead of 5 now...? I don't exactly treat it with respect either. Solid.
  13. Ooh La Femme! Thanks for the spot. Hoping for an appearance on the farm but otherwise v keen on this 🇫🇷
  14. Theatre not gig - two front row tickets to Lehman Brothers Trilogy tomorrow evening (Thursday 8th) at the Gillian Lynne Theatre, Drury Lane. £25 each. On Twickets if anyone is interested: https://www.twickets.live/block/803657101314686,2?utm_campaign=sharelisting&utm_source=share&utm_medium=email
  15. Usual TM binfire, lobby/queue button didn't work at first and all sold out by the time I got through (I was only trying for preview shows as well). Annoying as I have plenty of accommodation options! Will go down to the Pier Head/ party zone anyway and keep an eye out for production tickets or last minute cancellations. Otherwise it'll be the usual big party at someone's house. Well done to those who managed to get them - if you change your mind for any reason, please think of me/ drop me a DM! 😉
  16. Thanks all, yep if they have an extra berth then I'll just use a spare code to 'sign in' - need to find out! Otherwise gate D could be an option - I don't think it's fair asking her to trek across site with me when she's driving (although it's her first time so she may not know any different 👀 👀🤣
  17. Ah of course, the wristband oversight 🤦🏼‍♀️ I take it Sticklinch/WV have a stash of festival wristbands for named guests only then, to allow them to enter into the site that way? I don't really fancy being dropped on the side of the road TBH so may require a rethink!
  18. I've searched the site (and Sticklinch pages) but can't find an obvious answer to this. My friend has a booking in Sticklinch with her group, I'm just doing regular camping with other friends, but the two of us want to drive down to site together as nobody else lives nearby. Anyone know if she can park at Sticklinch and I can enter the site from there? Or will they turn me/ us away as my name isn't down for accommodation? Also, she doesn't have a parking ticket yet and can only see Worthy View ones on SeeTickets atm... is it a turn-up-and-pay-on-the-gate situation or prepaid only, ie has she already missed the boat? You'd think after ten Glastonburys I would know this stuff by now 👀
  19. Very happy with this so far- absolutely loads on there including some old favourites, newer acts I'm excited about and some big names I've always wanted to see. My group (mid-20s to 50s) are chuffed! Just watch now as all my faves end up clashing 🤣🤷🏼‍♀ #DeathandTaxesandGlastonburyClashes
  20. No Future Islands either, boo
  21. I mean... personally I would love this 👀
  22. Well this has made for a productive afternoon. I'm afraid I broke the 1-act-per-letter rule but I'd already compiled this before I saw that, so now you must suffer it too. I also used surnames, except where I forgot. Sorry. I need to do some work now.
