I can't make the London date but as luck would have it I'm already in Manchester on the 28th - it's ooooonnnn! 🥳

Anyone else at Somerset House tonight? Utterly brilliant, again.
  4. What did you do this year that you've never done before? Met someone off eFests 🥳( 👋 @bennyhana22) Watched a Pyramid headliner on my own... ... but not for long, because I made a new friend and then we hung out all night 😊 Used the interstage cut-through What you have yet to cross off your Glastonbury to-do list? Climb the Ribbon Tower Rabbit Hole Have a Goan fish curry Visit the Piano Bar Make something in the Crafts field Have a treatment in the Healing Fields Take my kids... 👀
  5. Virtually no chance of Annie Lennox sadly, she told me herself she wouldn't ever tour again due to health issues. She's focused on her charity work for years, with only very occasional, short performances in support of them. Real shame as she is an actual, bonafide legend!
  6. Would absolutely love Depeche Mode to do it- they're fantastic live, I think they would go down a storm. Possible 'reasons' they haven't yet though? Can't see Madonna doing it sadly. Rihanna or Dua would be great, yes please. I have zero interest in the 1975. Dave, DM and Rihanna/Dua would be a great mix I reckon.

Highlight of the weekend for me. Incredible!
  8. I was there for that legendary 2011 set, seen them loads elsewhere too and with Elton being a one-off, it was a fairly easy decision for me, but DAMN they were on fire. Teeny bit regretful but not really. All over that O2 date now though.
  9. I know they aren't groundbreaking but my god they were fun.
  10. Rot90s was incredibly packed and with quite a lot of dickheads unfortunately. Ended up listening outside as we couldn't be arsed with the heat and shoving. You did well.
  11. They were incredible- my '23 highlight for sure (closely followed by Lizzo). Absolute 🔥

    COVID

Aches, pains and galloping squits here, along with a few others from our wider group. Fun times.
  13. My mates watched 7-8 songs at GnR then headed to FBS. Couldn't get near and the sound was bobbins, so they also had regrets 🤷‍♀️
  14. THIS. Absolutely loved them, stayed on my own after friends headed to FBS and regretted nothing. Must say Axl's voice sounded brilliant from where I was, but less so watching back on TV last night. Just shows why actually being there is always better than watching it from your sofa 🤣
  15. Waiting in Bristol for friends who are running 90 mins late- FFS, I could have got a later coach instead of having 4 hours sleep!! Fully expecting a battle to find anywhere central now. What's the current thoughts on gate A vs D, kind folks already onsite?
  16. Now FIVE POUNDS with SFF. Shame it's in the middle of nowhere 😬
  17. Yep still working - soooo much to do and have barely started the pile. Suspect my early night may end up being early morning 👀
  18. Hopefully! We're setting up for a very pregnant friend who's arriving Friday, so ideally need somewhere central to minimise her having to traipse back and forth to the tent 🤞
  19. If we're parking up around (hopefully) midday, coming via Bristol so most likely coming in gate D, what are the chances of getting 2 tents into Oxylers do we think?
  20. LCD on the Other Stage was a small but EXTREMELY enthusiastic and completely awesome crowd. One of my top five ever Glasto gigs. Ting Tings whatever year their song came out and Streets in 2019 - both in JPT. Both times the crowd sprawled a long way outside the tent.
  21. Confidence Man Saturday night takeover of Stonebridge:
  22. It closed the night at my wedding ❤️
