  1. I love the old goat, but ain't no way the Eavii will be prioritising him over the likes of Dua Lipa or Hazza.
  2. The Rosalia, RTJ, LCD Soundsystem treble threat has something for everyone.
  3. Perhaps surprisingly, the Harry Styles album is a real winner.
  4. This ain't a court of law my dude. It was an unserious comment with the word 'probably' doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
  5. There must have been a few. Morrissey was probably in favour of it.
  6. My marbles are still there
  7. East 17 have already played....?
  8. Certainly a vocal number of annoyed fairweather Neil punters at the last Horse gig I was act. The 27 minute version of Walk Like A Giant sank like a stone. The folk who got the red mist with Macca doing Maybe I'm Amazed would storm the stage.
  9. More hip hop than pop, but I'll continue to say that Salt-N-Pepa should be booked on West Holts until the day it comes to pass.
  10. Would settle for a UK arena tour, as long as there's some daylight between him and the Boss.
  11. It's not impossible, but I wouldn't say it's very likely either. Real outside bet.
  12. To sub the Pyramid? They were on before Adele 6 years back.
  13. Yup. I'm a recent convert and agree they're great. Even if the ones on Pennards wouldn't give me the unclaimed double bass I spotted in the very late early hours of Monday am.
  14. Eaviis getting onto the Biffyphone again
  15. Was only in one and it was like a palace. It was busy enough but there were still leather armchairs to sit on and day beds to lounge on. Plus entertainment from 3 x DMC World DJ Champion JFB, who's probably the most impressive turntablist I've ever seen, no queues at the bar and decent-looking food options.
  16. Just the West Holts bar - althought the Ridge & Furrow is also just over the hedge in the T&C field.
  17. Taps aff when he does Patricia The Stripper to be fair.
  18. Probably a combo. They were a surprise find after pre-festival intelligence suggested that they wouldn't be there. Less accessible spot than their old position on the main road into Babylon.
  19. You just haven't seen Kraftwerk's dance routines.
  20. Chris De Burgh, Wembley Arena, Lady In Red Tour 1986?
  21. I've not, thought they definitely played that Rompelo track (I think) However, he seems to be doing the Euro festival circuit at the minute and would imagine the setlist remains fairly standard.
  22. Aye - my mum saw the Fabs in the Lothian Road Odeon back in the day and doesn't really have a good word to say about the experience.
  23. I dont think any of thrse acts got bigger crowds than the likes of The Wutzels or The Wombles did 10 years back. They definitely closed the field for The Wombles. If it's something people are desperate to see, they just need to get there early.
