I even listened to both her albums at work one day just after she was announced and I couldn't get into it at all.

Her music just isn't what I'm into and I think its the same for the others, no objection to her headlining and good luck to her but I know I'll have a better time elsewhere (hopefully at Primal Scream unless something else crops up)

2013 rained heavily a couple of times on the Thursday, once in the afternoon and again in the evening but that was it.

Only one person in our crowd of 15+ has said they will be watching her!

I saw them headline the Other Stage in 2011 and thought they were great....then saw them in 2013 before the Rolling Stones and they were completely off. Hoping that maybe a JPT tent might suit them better?

I know, but the topics of where a flat bed trailer came from on the webcam are getting a little boring! 😄

Just looking at the line up and rumours, plus I was also discussing this with a mate last night now we are starting to get a bit closer to the festival itself and things are starting to fall into place.....currently I'm leaning towards this: Friday - Primal Scream - JPT Saturday - Paul McCartney - Pyramid Sunday - Bicep - West Holts

I can only recall as I went in a bit too heavy on the booze and narcs on the Saturday night during (and after) I had watched Leftfield in Silver Hayes and was really struggling to get going that morning...woke up to rain and decided to just lie there until it stopped which in hindsight worked well as by the time it had stopped I felt ok 'ish' again!

I saw The Beat in the Leftfield tent on the Thursday night, think that was the last dry moment I enjoyed that weekend!

Ahh! Yes, I've been a bit out of the loop last week or two as my brother got married last week so Glastonbury sort of went off my radar for a bit. Perhaps its just because people notice things a lot more now we have webcams and site build people and their friends telling us its started! 😄

I'm convinced they've started the build earlier this year....I noticed the site is now cut off from public access, is that usually this early?

Chucked it down on the Sunday morning that year as well mate.

In 2019 I had to walk from Stonebridge bar in the Park right across the site to Ped gate C, out the main gates and another 5 mins to my tent before and after each shift! Luckily the weather was good that year. 😄

For what its worth I was waiting for a mate to finish his shift in 2019 at 1.30am and wandered into glasto latino on my own for half an hour or so...was rather amusing getting involved in salsa dancing off my mash. 🙂

I know I'll get shot down for it (wasn't expecting the Arsenal comment though) but perhaps I'm the only one that will look at all the areas properly!

Since you're going to make a tedious connection, I've followed Arsenal since the late 80s (going to a good bulk of the games) we've won 5 titles (inc one unbeaten) a league cup, 9 FA Cups, a cup winners cup and reached countless other finals. So no not really.

OK, I'm going to say it....I'm finding all these posters getting dripped out one by one really annoying, I know this is the way its going to go from now on (And it was the case in 2019) but I much prefer an initial poster drop with all the big names, a full poster drop with all of it then the stage times/splits after.

I was getting a coffee on the Sunday afternoon in 2014 in the T&C field after a rather heavy one the night before I wasn't quite with it and turned round to get some sugar and walked into the pole holding the tent up and knocked the coffee all over my hand scalding it so badly I had to go to the medical tent.....Josh Widdicombe was stood behind me in the queue and just started laughing at me!
