I don’t get those of you who say that video is staged or that they’d already opened it. Loads of people just randomly film stuff these days and if it was staged they didn’t do a good job of it. It looks totally believable and genuine to me and made me smile! Happy to be proved wrong but that’s my opinion.

Ok so don’t shoot me because I am definitely NOT in the know. But my best friend knows Ed from the Editors and she tells me yesterday that a month ago he told her they were playing Woodsies not at the same time as Elton. If this turns out to be my first in the know that turns out to be correct then I’m going in the efestivals hall of fame.

Zero out of 20 in the resale over thurs and Sun. It’s going to take me a few days to make peace with that as my expectations were that we would have at least one extra group to celebrate with. In total across both main and resales that puts us at about 50% success. One of our groups in main sale purchased at about 10.30 so that won’t happen again. I prefer a longer sale - with it being so quick it seems so hopeless, so in a way I hope they make that so for next year whether with payment or not

There must have been very few resale tickets this year (plus the change in system). With 20-30 people trying you would normally expect for 1 person to get through and we got nothing. I’m already going thankfully but sad for others in my group as we really put the prep in

Urgh I feel horrendous. I’ve got a ticket but was trying for 1 friend and no joy. I can’t help but think if I’d gone for Thursday straight off it would have been different. Got as far as to press proceed and then crash.

I can’t believe they haven’t sold out tbh and I also can’t believe we’ve not heard of someone winning a ticket yet (although I expect there could be people holding onto the tickets before registering them until after the resale?)

Don’t know how I managed to get Sunday tickets at 10.04am this morning by the sounds of everyone else’s queuing nightmares but glad there are more dates now and a few others on here are able to go. My bank balance is not happy but it’s Madonna right? I wouldn’t be surprised if another date is added the way it is going

So reading through this thread I realise we’ve been to all the same Glastonbury's @Zoo Music Girl (started in 08 and missed 16 and 22), plus watching 22 together on the tv/efests - like kindred spirits!

I had no idea who Fred Again was and @nikkic recommended his boiler set to me (thanks!) and I’m fully on board the Fred train. His music isn’t complex but it’s bl00dy catchy and I’ll be there watching him if there’s no bad clashes. Back to headliners tho - there’s not a chance you’ll catch me at GnR but fully support them playing so I can go elsewhere with no FOMO

I just dug out @Greenelk’s Pineapple Vanilla Tequila recipe ready to make it again. Made the above for Glastonbury 2019 and ended up not being able to drink during that Glasto so I never even tried it, gutted. Can’t wait to make it again - just have to wait about 5 months tho before I can crack on with it 🙄
