  1. Headline JP or Park. No doubt about it. This year is a slight exception though as the Pyramid headliners are so strong. I've only seen 3 Pyramid headliners in 4 Glastonburys but reckon I'll see two this year.
  2. Not sure. EOTR isn't listen on their website and they have the Friday, Saturday and Sunday free.
  3. No chance Yves subs John Peel. Most Glastonbury goers won't have a clue who they are. They'll get a small crowd even if in an early/clash free spot
  4. Conversely, disappointing hip hop line up for me. Simz and Kendrick is good yes but losing Danny Brown is a shame. Wish they'd gone for Earl Sweatshirt who is around. Any of Pink Siifu, Rapsody, Jay Electronica, Freddie Gibbs would have been good too. Doja and Megan bookings feel more like ones for the pop crowd than the hip hop crowd imo. Glastonbury just doesn't book very much good hip hop really.
  5. Bit boring for me but enough good stuff to make it a decent weekend.
  6. so to accumulate where we are at: Thursday - Khruangbin Friday - Fleet Foxes Saturday - Magnetic Fields, Kevin Morby, The Weather Station Sunday - Hurray for the Riff Raff, Kurt Vile.
  7. Both of these are mental theories. Kudos. People need to chill out. Emily said the line up will be out in March. It's currently March 2nd. It's coming, relax.
  8. Probably because booking Snow Patrol to headline a festival in 2022 is very embarrassing.
  9. I could definitely see Florence and Harry Styles subbing. Florence isn't big enough to headline now and I reckon she'd accept any slot she was offered because loves the place. Harry I can imagine just really wanting to play Glastonbury for the first time and would accept subbing. I think think the fact both are British would probably sway things too. Got a more immediate respect and understanding for the festival, aswell as a bigger desire to play.
  10. Makes sense as to why she's not at Green Man or End Of The Road.
  11. ...but the 1st is the Thursday? Surely PG isn't subbing Khruangbin
  12. Pharaoh Sanders. Exclusive at We Out Here.
  13. Moses Sumney is playing in London on June 28th
  14. I also don't think Phoebe Bridgers is the type of act that the average Glastonbury goer would go and see for a bit on a whim. I think if she headlined the Park at the same time as a as let's say Paul McCartney, Little Simz/Bicep and someone like Fatboy Slim or Dua are playing then the Park would be a fine for fit for her.
  15. Park headliner seems a safe bet. She's more deserving of that slot than someone like Manic Street Preachers
  16. She has European festival dates the week after Glastonbury
  17. Magnetic Fields are playing the Saturday
  18. Autechre Earl Sweatshirt Pavement Jenny Hval. The Caretaker
  19. Best thing about this thread is when relatively unknown bands self confirm. Sure, it's cool when some big guns let slip that they're playing but seeing the smaller/unsigned acts announcing and expressing their excitement, free from the constraints from a PR team is very heart warming.
