Registration hasn't gone through...

Hey there, so for various reasons one of my friends decided yesterday they'd like to try to come to Glastonbury and registered a few hours before the registration closed. So far they haven't had any email confirmation or an email to approve their photo so we've emailed Glastonbury who replied saying "Thanks for your email, we can’t see any valid registrations on the system for you unfortunately. Best wishes, Glastonbury Festival".

 

Does anyone have any experience with this and know whether it's just not been processed yet or my friend is screwed (and if it's the latter whether a friendly email would do any good)?

tl;dr - Haven't had a reply to glasto registration, do what?

It could be that it has just not been approved yet. A mate had to re register at the last minute in 2013 as his original reg was linked to an old work email and he didn't have the number written down. It was tight but it did go through just in time. I think I am right in saying that registrations are not closed, they just can't guarantee they will go through in time for the resale, especially if there is a problem with the photo.
