Of course it would, if people had prior knowledge of the rule change and those people got their vote in before the time of the change, then they would literally be dishing out double points. I'm not saying that is the case & I do believe you're playing fair but it still doesn't alter the fact that with a rule change half way through the day, the game could easily be skewed. I'm not complaining btw, it makes no odds to me who wins really as its only a game (even tho I've been trying to kill off Portishead LOL) i'm just saying. Apologies for the rant lol
