Frustration reigns, i've been on this page for nearly an hour. Am I really in a queue or just lost in the system? Should I restart and try again? Got this far straight away but going nowhere fast! Anyone else in the same situation?

Restarting and doing it again worked for me.

This is not a queue - it just refreshes the page every 20 seconds or so. I think they use the word "queue" to reduce server load, but there's no "first come first served" aspect at all.

This means you're best off hitting refresh yourself, as you can do it far faster than it's set to do it.

It's not a queue in the strictest sense of the word. It's just a js refresh function to take load off the server. You'd be better off refreshing yourself
I found going back to the g2010 page and resubmitting seemed to be quicker than resubmitting the chkref page (do it in a new tab/window).

I'm going back to the original page but all I'm getting is YOUR REG/POSTCODE IS NOT REGISTERED sometimes or back into another queue other times.
No mention of a purchasing page.

Think I'm going to cry from sheer frustration.

My wifes reg number kept failing, We rechecked her email account and strangely, they had sent her 2 reg emails with different numbers. One works, one doesn't.
It might be worth doing a search on your email account to see if this might be the issue with you too.
