I have never seen portaloos tardis's at Glastonbury inside the fence and I've been going since 2009.
I think the main reason was A&S police said they wouldn't be able to cover the event.
The water bars are also an excellent change in the last 10 years, along with the ban of selling single use plastic bottles across the festival, so you can take some credit for that! ๐
Just a question and obviously we all like different things but why do people like silent discos? Iโve done them before at festivals with more noise restrictions and less amplified music late at night but would you choose silent disco over actual sound systems?
It shouldn't be too bad. They staff them appropriately at peak times like that. If you want to be safe, you could leave your headliner 10 minutes before the end though.
I'm happy you call it that and don't really care too much - you can call it what you like. It's not a widely used term though is it, otherwise the fancy google machine would know about it.
I guess if they want it to end naturally then that's ok. I've not been to Cropredy before, but they could take a look at Mucky Weekender and Beautiful Days to see how the events attract people outside of their fans.
Very strange! He last visited yesterday but he hasn't posted a word since before Coachella.
Not even any updates on the amount of cash registers or lawn chairs.
erm... I remember them well. But it's still a mexican wave but with voice instead of hands.
Never heard it be called a mexican rave before. Don't think google has either from my quick search!
Or... there was the smallest amount of unpaid balances ever!
It's hardly a stretch - we've been blessed with the weather for several festivals in a row. Coldplay are a massive ticket shifter (even if we don't care that much for them) and enough people know it's not all about the headliners on the main stage.
