It's a long standing tradition to complain about something you can easily avoid at Glastonbury.

In recent years many bands, too many people, too many old people, too many young people, changing legality of mushrooms and showing football have all been suggested as likely to "ruin" the festival experience. I'm sure there are dozens of others too.

Amazingly - my festival experience has changed due to some of these things, but was never actually ruined. Yet :lol:

That's not why I thought he'd get bottled (the bolded bit). I was there that year (2003, when Jay-Z was supposed to play) and if I remember rightly Staind got shit thrown at them too and they certainly aint an urban rap act. Didn't it knock out their sound/electrics or something? I seem to remember him doing acoustic but my memory's a bit blurry. I also remember wet stuff landing on my back and thinking 'please be water, please be water'. :lol:

No offical info yet, but ussualy there are free festival buses from Ljubljanica to festival site, with few stops on the way. Nice to get to the festival but crowded from festival back to the city.   Where is the best place to find an Uber/Bolt to return from the festival site? Petrine ulica   Are there any shaded areas to take a break from the strong sun? Yes, i think there is some.
