I still feel and act about 18. I've just been telling my mum how I don't care that I didn't get the job and that tonight I am going out and attempting to drink 26 cocktails.....how mature I am for all my 28 years hey mother? She just laughed. I could almost see her doing this :D:P at me too.

That would be stage one. Then they would forget their role/identity as a police man. Then they'd come to terms with their own existence. And then as my mineon they'd exact my plans. See, Charles Manson did too much drugs, otherwise he'd have had it sorted.

Yep. The guy I thought I liked and who I thought might actually like me has been well and truely busted for being the sleeze ball I suspected him to be. If only he'd have admitted that from the start we might have just got on with having a lot of fun together, but since he tried to wrap it all up in being genuinely insterested in ME when he quite clearly isn't, he's only gone and ruined everything.

Oh well.

It's always too much drugs. Never too many drugs. As if drugs is all one thing you see, as society perceives it to be.

Do you think I'd use bad gramma without artistic intent?

Sorry I'm going to burst in for a rant.

I work nights in a hotel, anyone that has worked in a similar industry will know how hard it is to get weekends off, my friend came home from 7 months in Greece last week, so I booked this weekend off to go out with him, I've been working 16 hour shifts this week to get people to cover me. I got the weekend off and just received a text saying "Sorry mate, will have to cancel tonight, girlfriend is coming up from London today not tomorrow now.". Thanks. Mate.

He's just moved in with another mate and his girlfriend, since he got back I've heard nothing from the pair of them. I imagine they'll all be spending the night in, watching tele, having a great time in their little double date. Either that or swinging.

Whatever they do I'm pissed off that once again I've done my part to make something possible for a mate, only to be let down for their girlfriend.

He's spent every day of the last 4 months with this girl, I've not seen him in 7 and we've known each other for 12 years. Is it totally wrong of me to expect him to spend some time with me now he's back?

    • My wife works for a music company, they have an allocation already.  They run a ballot for it early next year.
    • This is my guess too.    2028 festival breaks the £400 barrier.
    • Yeah I did spot that AXS had more available for the O2 shows Muse are doing, though I think that comes with the territory of AXS now being the venue's primary ticket selling platform.    My instinct remains they'll probably still play to a big crowd on the night - sales were similarly slow in 2023 but videos of those gigs showed the venue looking pretty much full. Equally it probably would be sold out if the pricing was even just slightly less ridiculous. Shave up to £50 off some of these categories and I think that would've got people to go with it.
    • Some are definitely already there with that and with another round of inflation looking like it's on the way, it certainly locks that in. And I say that as someone who also isn't willing to break the £100 marker.
