Never say never in the wrestling buisness.. They said Bret an Rock would never come back but yeah highly unlikly he'll come to WWE, Even tho i think he'd be much better used in WWE than in TNA.. It would be an Epic run in WWE in TNA everything hes doing is fairly pointless an not memorible at all, One year in WWE would be better than his entire TNA carear shame IMO

I completely disagree, Sting has been treated and booked EXCELLENTLY in TNA IMO. In WWE he would be just another guy on the roster, he wouldn't be pushed to the level of Undertaker heights, and thus their potential fued would be pointless

Yeah woulda prefered Cena vs Rock at SummerSlam an gone for Taker V Rock at Mania woulda been epic.... Maybe all the Sting/Taker heat in the build up to Takers return may materialize something for next year ?? Gonna be attending my 1st ever mania so im hoping takers match is a big one !!!!

You seriously believe Vince would miss out on the cash that could be made with finally bringing Sting to wwe by having him sit in the mid card ? Highly doubtful.. The matches sting could have with Taker an HHH would be superb, Also passing the tourch to the likes of Cena, Orton, Miz would be superb, Sting has long been in the tourch passing stage of his carear an Vince would certainly want to captilize on that... Stings charactor like everyone else in TNA has been all over the place the last few years and not in an intresting way, The only reason he is champion right now is because of the buzz of a possible match with Taker at WM27.. Nothing Sting has done in TNA will live long in the memory of the average wrestling fan, Even just one appearance on MNR would last a lifetime in the memory of most wrestling fans !!!

Yeah I do, Vince would see Sting as a 53 year old man, who wouldn't be sticking around, build him up a little bit to feed him to Taker and that would be that, you think Sting would get a good World Title reign? That he would be pushed like he is in TNA? Do you not rememeber how Goldberg was used? Had the match with The Rock to get him over then the one fued with Triple H, and that was it. Triple H went over in the end as well.

This is why Sting hasn't gone to WWE because he knows he wouldn't get treated as well as he was in TNA, plus he has Jeff Hardy and RVD and Anderson in his ear saying how they got f**ked over in WWE, you may not agree with it, but they believe it.

Did anyone else think there was something very off about the Taker vs HHH match? Ive never seen such a quiet crowd and seen two wrestlers spend so much time on the floor.

There was defo something really wrong with the Untertake after the match.

Yeah Taker looked beat, His shoulder injury is basically un repearable... Most people are saying it was a work tho i seriously think he looked done.. My guess is Taker will stay away until the rumble where he'll win it an challange most likely HHH for the title an 20-0

No way it was a work. Medics were calling him “Mark” after and Ive never ever seen the Undertaker not walk away out of the ring apart from casket matches, clear works etc. Especially at Wrestlemania.

He cracked a couple of vertebrae apparently with the jump over the top rope near the start and you can hear him saying “my head” after one of the awkward pedigrees. When HHH gave him a spine buster through the table Taker pushes him off and says something like “Get off” I think. HHH looks very concerned when Taker fell out of the ring after the match. HHH clearly hurt his wrist/shoulder too with that back drop off the table to the floor.

Taker also apparently passed out after the match due to dehydration as hes on so many painkillers. If you see the medic kept checking his forehead for cold sweat and Taker was licking his lips through the entire match.

His knees are goosed too, as is his shoulder. Time to pack it in.

Rumours that he suffered a minor heart attack too.

I think the reason for Taker work at the end is to indicate that he is slowly dying, The Undertaker character is on his way out and is finding it harder and harder every year at mania and his body is taken a beaten. Will he return as the American Bad Ass? Hope not haha. I honestly think next year is the last match. 20-0 makes sense.

I haven't heard any of this any where either.

I do kind of think that afew of the early spots went wrong though and Taker was definately not 100%.I think pretty much everything after they went through the table was done on the hop with Trips carrying Taker through it all.

I did read before Mania and may even have written it in here that Takers shoulder was finished but he can still perform his big moves and the plan was to have him on a very light schedule and do some big Mania matches for afew more years.

Personally I think that plan is out now as Taker clearly cannot work a match.Mania was good but if you look at it it was just a big spot fest which worked due to the angle but you cant repeat that.

Next year, last one and bow out.Don't turn into Ric Flair.

Yeah heard the Heart attack rumour but that is complete rubarb for many a reason. 1: If he was having a heart attack they woulda had more than one man down there. 2: Theres no way his wife woulda been wrestling afterwards while her husband was was on root to hospital with a life threatning heart attack and 3: We woulda heard something from a credible source by now !

Infact none of my usual sources an websites have even picked up on it, An most are reporting its a work to go along with the build up promo's that both men would die to win at Wrestlemania an also giving Taker the rest he needs until the build up to next years mania, I dont think he'll hang up his boots but it seems he's simply just a wrestlemania attraction from now on which is cool i guess. And it would definately appear that WWE is already planning way in advance for WM28.

Like i said i wouldnt be suprised if Taker wins the Rumble an HHH is champion an the Deadman returns hell bent on going after the game as he came close as anyone ever has to ending the streak but as you said he did seem to be on the floor for the last 10 minutes of the match aswell as a long time after so who knows ??

I reckon the whole thing was a plan right from the off to build up to a re-match at next years mania, It would also give reason to why HBK wasnt invovled as many believed he would be.. I'll go with HHH v Taker for title at WM28 with HBK as referee. I think that should be it for Taker then, Honestly dont see much point in taking the streak passed 20-0 injured or not..
