If it is, I have to say that it's not great. Nothing really you couldn't get from reading he wikipedia page. Lots of revisionist history too - ie scoot past a lot of the bits where WCW was on top. If I recall correctly they don't even mention the Mick Foley 'bums on seats' moment. If you're interested in the subject I heartily recommend the book The Death of WCW by RD Reynolds & Brian Alvarez. A light read, but good for the departure lounge. (edit; the matches on the DVD are excellent thiugh- a real mix of styles and eras.)

Other than my Cole diatribe; I really enjoyed Extreme Rules. Sad for the Corre and Miz, and Punk *really* needs a big win at some point, but yayayayaya for Christian :)

I third the WCW DVD. Its awful, very short, breezes past so much.

So many important things happened during WCW era and they're glossed over or ignored just for the sake of WWE looking great and WCW shite.

I recommend Bischoffs book as well, really enjoyed it.

Only one outcome can save Orton's win for me. Christian heel turn, feuds with Orton until Summerslam where he wins it back after interference from Chris Jericho (Orton "put him out of action"). If this doesn't happen/Christian doesn't win the title again, I will be pissed off.

Haha check the amount of dislikes that video of Orton has got compared to the thumbs up!

Still i'm ragin. I properly properly "marked" out when Christian won the title as there isn't anymore emotional title wins anymore and it was a great feeling when Christian won.

Anyway blah blah blah shit happens move on.

I read that the view from backstage in WWE is that the Deadman is all but retired. One more match at Mania to make it 20-0 and he's out the door.

I don't expect him to do ANYTHING else this year and with Michelle McCool gone aswell its being reported that they are going to start a family.

    • It would be piss-easy for a bot to manage, though.
    • I've heard that ticket sales for other events that use the same system have included the question 'are you still there?' on each window/browser you have with a place in the queue. If you don't confirm you are, it'll assume you're not and that place will drop.   I've no idea if Glasto/See will adopt this, but it would be challenging to keep on top of with many windows open.
    • People who're struggling are already priced out, so I don't think a bump in price will affect who attends. There'll still be a cross section, leaning young. I also think they'll do a soft breaking of the £400 ceiling, keeping the ticket price just below but having postage take it over. Next year the ticket itself will be over that threshold.

    • Not sure if this has been mentioned but new La Roux album out November - was meant to play in 2020 but hasn't found her way back onto a lineup. If any excuse just to hear this absolute banger on the fields next year!
