Just the comparison. Four young lads giving it six nowt on some banjo's or something, compared to Vedder et al taking Ten to an even higher level.

I've always found that playing rock songs live-acoustic exposes them. Gets closer to the essence of the idea etc. It certainly did wonders with PJ.

There's no band at this festival that is half as good live as Pearl Jam are...not one.

Roll on Sunday night when all the toss will be a distant memory and the best band around will be going down in history as the best thing ever on that stage.

Did it get mentioned here that Pearl JAm are supporting U2 at one of thier gigs? maybe 2... but defientely 1. Don't remember seeing it mentioned here and the talk of Bobo just reminded me. Think is for there US tour tho.
