I think this is a positive change....you've got as much chance as anyone in a fairer way really. Just be on there from the start in the queuing with one option and let the computer decide for you.

The form limits you to 500 characters. If you don't like the change, this is your way to tell them. If you don't do anything, then neither will they.

It maybe "fairer" but the chances of you getting a ticket have reduced overall.
