We were 6 of us there last year and i’d say you could even fit 8 there. 6 is the max to feel comfortable, to have some extra space for bags etc.

we didn’t try but you could bring people in during daytime if i remember correctly. You can not get extra people to sleep if that’s what you mean, unless there’s a tipi with less people and willing to give you their wristband. We are 5 this year so i might have one extra……..

We did actually measure them knowing someone will ask but of course i can’t find it anymore. I did make a picture tho:

Also not really had visitors in the few times we've stayed in these- but it's allowed during certain hours.. I'll try to find the rules. It can be kind to put a friend or two down on your list even if it's just to let them use the loos/ showers. IMHO six people still gives you plenty of space.. any less and you have swathes! Bring some mats or blankets for the floor, plus lights.

Ok here's what they advised about guests in 2014: ·  Access to the Tipis is restricted and any non-wristbanded friends will only be able to visit between noon and 2am. They will  only be admitted at the discretion of  the Tipi Village stewards and must be accompanied by a wristband holder.

    • Primavera refunding day tickets which are probably a negligible percentage of attendees yesterday.
    • Thursday day tickets being refunded. Fair play.
    • I’ve had a good sleep and I feel weirdly zen about the whole thing.   My first Primavera, so not the greatest first impression. I guess today couldn’t be any worse, right?   Thoroughly enjoyed Men I Trust and Geese. Cupra is a beautiful stage and the crowd seemed fun, friendly and engaged.   I think it probably could have gone even worse, considering how dangerous the crowding felt at times.   Anyway, we go again.
    • Brighton centre is a weird old venue for the Mary Wallopers - a great band, a really good live spectacle, and its a saturday night as well which sets it all up - but its at the bloody Centre? a charmless nonsense of a conference centre? Brighton dome is a ten min walk away and is so much nicer a place to see bands its ridiculous!    ah well, i'll probably mosy along anyways . . .
    • So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
