So, now that we're through to the quarters on Thursday night will the gender equality policy of the lineup be extended to showing the match?

I remember the first year I went in 2004 we watched England go out to Portugal on the Thursday night on the pyramid screens. The crowd watching it was bigger than the crowd at the match apparently, over 100,000.

Not only do I think this would be a cracking idea, I also think it'd be quite the statement.

Just now, jow95 said:

Why waste a field? It would just be empty? Glastonbury has resisted doing this for the men’s tournament in recent years but has done it in the past, but why bother for something that has a fraction of the audience

We'll, firstly they've only resisted it when the game is on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and even then they showed the Germany game in 2010 in it's own special field.

Secondly, I reckon it would draw a massive crowd on the Thursday.
