The council have done themselves proud. Who's going? Couldn't resist paying £60 for the weekend and glad I did as the price has gone up to £70!

Great little festival, seems a little bit of a 'first' festival for some of the young ones, so do see a few pissed up teens after there first 3 cans but we all did it!!

Well organised and feel there is massive scope for camping and a change of site in the future.

Great festival. Just not enough to do to keep the kids happy all day. Off site camping is a bit unusual but I highly recommend Keighley Cougars ground; friendly bar with good beer at fair prices, and the fantastic breakfast.

If the organisers could book a varied lineup I would consider going but it is so landfill indie / white boy guitar music.... Some of this is fine but it looks like that is all they are willing or able to book?

granted there is soul to soul but the organisers would need to get some variety in there to get me to buy in. If they can book bands of the size of the kaisers, manics then they could clearly do it, their tastes are obviously a bit blinkered.

Visited for the day on Saturday.

It’s a great festival if you like to sit on your picnic blanket/chairs for the afternoon eating and drinking with some background music from the main stage until the Kaiser Chiefs come on, which I’ve got nothing against as there were plenty of families/groups doing this and enjoying themselves.

Not so great if you actually want to spend time near the front of the stage to watch bands as you’re confronted by hundreds of out of control 12-15 year olds, who were acting exactly like you’d expect 12-15 year olds to be acting with no parental supervision and a couple of smuggled shandies in them. I saw security have to wade in a couple of times to break up fights and kick people out.

I think the organisers/artist bookers need to look at who they are aiming the festival at. The line-up is very indie/alt orientated with three safe well known crowd pleasing headliners over the three days.

I think the pop acts you tend to see at a “Party in the Park” (X-Factor/The Voice winners/rejects ect) would be much better suited to the current audience of the event.

Saying that it was good to see The Shimmer Band (on the second stage), British Sea Power, Milburn and Pete Doherty on the Saturday.

    • Tbf that happened to me in 2022 so not a one off. 40 euros to drive down 3 streets. I'd have done a runner but the reason for getting the taxi in the first place is cos I couldn't walk no more.
