I have lost mine and my twin sisters ticket for this years festival. I have every piece of information such as reference number and order numbers etc aswell as I.d and even a bank statement which shows the transaction to Glastonbury on it. See tickets and Glastonbury have emailed me and said it is a strict policy but do you think it is worth going down? I would be travelling all the way from Liverpool

2013 my friend lost her ticket. We brought confirmation emails, rang every number we had etc but she was not allowed in. Got there at 4am Wednesday and she finally got snuck in by a nice steward at 11pm. The only way you will get in is by sneaking in somehow I'm afraid...ย

WTF? How did you let this happen? This is my anxiety nightmare the night before, where I wake up afterwards, glance over at my ticket in the bulletproof safe next to my bed, and go "Phew, only a dream...". Your sister will wish she'd eaten you in the womb!

Sorry, not helpful.

If you have your reference numbers in your names and bank statements you will be fine! Go the the main ticket office in site but make sure you have all your stuff ie booking reference and bank statements with you plus passport to prove its you!

Have fun girls!

I know it seems like a daft question, but do you have any idea how/when you lost it? I am always thinking I am losing things, yesterday, it was my drivers license. With a little re-tracking and upending every pile of paperwork in the house, I generally find what I have "lost". I know you have a long long way to travel, but personally, I think I would take the chance and see what happens at the gate, if all else fails.
