adblocker use is not tolerated here.  If you use it best not to use it on this domain, if you do don't broadcast it because a very dim view is taken.

 

I agree the ad is annoying, but as I'm not currently paying a subscription I am happy to put up with it.

I must admit I prefer O2 Broadband never used to get pops up stupid ads since they sold to Sky I seem to get adverts... I want O2 broadband back!

 

Your service provider doesn't generally have a bearing on the adverts you see on a given webpage. The application you use to browse the internet (browser) can be configured to stop adverts being shown. This is done using an 'add-on' called 'adblocker' available for most popular browsers. You may even get a cats version which shows you pictures of cats instead of adverts, etc.

The site relies on ads, you mention that word A##### Mr Efests will jump all over your arse. Keep the ads or pay the subscription of £1.40 a month or whatever it equates to.

Its strange how all I've done is change ISP and I am bombared with adverts... Not just on here... Yes they have a purpose don't get me wrong,

 

I'm using firefox on a mac.... if that makes any difference...

 

It is annoying and if I had the spare dosh I would subscribe... (I'm a poor student)

allowing someone to continue to think that their isp is causing them ad issues on websites is just cruel

 

Its bloody strange how I didn't get adverts with O2 yet since moving ISP to sky I get adverts.... explain that? same computer same web browser just different ISP provider.....
