No email here....

I got my payment details in and was then hanging for about 15mins. Got a couple of texts saying it was sold out then the screen jumped saying something like " your payment has been processed " press to confirm your details as below then it froze again and never moved !?

By this time it was sold out. In my hungover panic I didn`t notice any booking ref as like an idiot I assumed it was the reg number that you used to track your order.

Have just phoned the bank and they are saying that a request was received for the 2 deposits but no money has been taken ? Any ideas ? Shitting it here !!

Just saw in the other thread that you can use your email to get an update on your orders if you don`t have your booking ref. Emailed me straight back - Sorted !!!!!!!

Still waiting on my email, but checked see, and everything is fine. Will breathe easier when the email comes through, but yeah, woo!

No money was taken from my account yet, had no booking reference to track order on See as I accidentally closed the 'booking confirmed' tab to try for a friend, no confirmation e-mail. Properly shitting it but ended up getting the confirmation by entering my e-mail address on the right hand side of https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice and 4 Glastonbury 2015 deposits were on my 'previous orders' and from there you can get a booking reference. Fucking hell.

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
