DSheppard
I am organising a Summer Festival for Charity at a school near Crewe, Cheshire. We need loads of Festival Flags and/or Windsocks but don't have the means to pay for them (or only a small amount). What happens to all the flags after Glastonbury? Where could I get hold of some? Would be really grateful if someone could donate some. Thanks.
Yoghurt on a Stick
I should imagine that the flags etc go into storage to be used again. This would tie in with the festivals green credentials. Anyway, I could be wrong - so try dropping them an email asking the same question as above. Here's the office email address; office@glastonburyfestivals.co.u
Staff_Sav
If you mean the flags that people wave around in the crowd. They take them home and then use them again every year, so you can remember the same bunch of c***s who blocked your view of every single stage again
River
The flags in Spring Ground were taken down quite early (around 11am I think) on Monday and were on their way to another festival.
