Alcohol

Read a topic on the Glastonbury forum about people making up varieties of alcoholic drinks themselves e.g. Toffee vodka, jellybaby vodka, pear drop vodka etc.

Just wondering if anyone on here has a wee secret recipe they want to share or we all just standard vodka, beer, cider, wine and rum drinkers?

Pete's Paedo Juice (PPJ). As many werthers original as you can dissolve in a bottle of vodka. You'll need to put it in a 2l plastic juice bottle first. It tastes just like the sweeties but sticks you on your arse quick style.

We did one one the way to Leeds last year. Bought the Werthers (you'll get at least 2 bags in) and vodka at Perth and it was done by Carlisle with enthusiastic shaking in the van. Over a couple of days with the occasional shake should do it. Some people put it in warm water or even in a dish washer but for Werthers it's not necessary. Be careful, drink responsibly and enjoy :)

I can tell PPJs are going to be everywhere this year. Defintely making some myself.

My friend usually makes massive amounts of a cocktail called Grounds For Divorce (inspired by the Elbow song). Keeps the ingredients close to his chest but I know creating it involves a very large plastic container cleaned out, and at least a litre each of vodka, rum, southern comfort, blackcurrent diluting juice, whiskey, and a host of other things he won't tell me of. Then when he has around 10 litres of GFD, it all gets decanted in to plastic bottles. Suspicious but delicious.
