Last Year Links/Backdoor

Hi. Anyone reckon the shortcuts from last year would work this year by just changing the year in the shortcut?

No. (showcode is different) i'm guessing 800006.

last years was 700000, worth a go changing that to 800006?

Coach sales were 800004 and 800005 so I'm guessing 800006 for the general sale, there was also a live page with 800003 which I think may be have been used for the tipi pre-sale (it only let you enter 1 registration) but that's now gone. Adding the showcode will only save you 1 click but every little helps!

Is it a stupid question to ask what text should be typed before the '800006' show code being mentioned.

I don't actually know what a show code is, so if anybody has a full link to share I would be very grateful :-)

I wouldn't get too excited! It's all guesswork at the mo. i'm punting on

Thinking about it, I seem to remember a different link for overseas buyers so it may well be 800006 or 800007, by the time you've tried all the different options you might have missed a chance from the main page! I'm sure someone will post the direct link on here early Sunday anyway. Anyone on here late Friday night stressing about the sale deserves a ticket, good luck all.

I know nothing but noticed the page the link up there ^^^ says at the bottom the copyright only goes to 2012.

Hi efesters, sorry to be a pain but I have a query. I read maybe a couple of weeks ago that if you changed your hostfiles for last year (which I did) then you probably should change them back to how they were, firstly I have no idea how to change them back and what they should be changed back to, I'm really worried I'm going to ruin my chances tomorrow with the changes I made last year. Thankyou.

Assuming your using windows

1. open notepad (if you have vista/win7/win8 you HAVE to right click the notepad icon and run as administrator)

2. click file menu, then open and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc

3. open the hosts file

4. remove any lines at the bottom of the file that start with "glastonbury.seetickets.com"

5. save file, close notepad, reboot computer (or ipconfig /flushdns from a command line if your technical to save time)
