Last time at Glastonbury for me was 2008 and back then I seem to remember the ATM queue always being a LONG and tedious one.

Has it improved since/what's peoples plans for money down there ?

I always go to the Natwest ones at the top of the hill by the farmhouse, they're out of the way so people don't really know about them. Go late at night or early in the morning too to further reduce queues.

Always seemed a smallish queue at the ones near John Peel tent

I use natwest near the farm early in the morning if I need to... always small queue and quite friendly staff

The ones by jp tent were clear sailing in 2009, at most times of the day.

I use the lock ups as an ATM, but tbh, I think the queue can be worse for the lock ups! Anyway - I think there are probably a fair few of us who'll be there from Wednesday, but not paid till Friday who'll be looking to draw from our next month's pay ahead of the weekend. Hmmmm - they could be busy on Friday - timing will be everything.

Didnt know about the natwest one. I use the ones by jp tent/silver hayes. Never seen big ques there but I just go early in the morning just in case

are there any free to use ATM's on site? or do they all charge a withdrawal fee?

I used the ones between Cubana Salsa and West Holts on the saturday last time out and there was no queue at all.

Up by the farmhouse are the free ones, but get busy, jp tent ones are not free but I haven't seen much of a queue there

To be fair, I last saw a queue up at the farm the year was 2004, and it may have changed! From what peeps say though, it's a bit of a wait. Maybe that's why there's nice toilets, to ease the pain of waiting?
