video presentation help wanted

I understand that this isn't related to Efestivals website but seems pointless making another thread,

I am trying to create a slick presentation like the one shown below (Video is on social media)

does anyone know what program they have used? I seem to recall during my studies, someone seemed to use Wordpress or something but after a quick goggle cant seem to find anything

you can make it with windows movie maker (if you have windows that is)

if not just search video presentation maker on google and see what appears.
