Pointless emailing glastonbury with questions

I disagree, maybe your email got lost in their endless pile of emails. But I've emailed them 3 times in the past fortnight, and have responses in less than 24hrs (2/3hrs in a couple of cases). Have you tried again? Also, what email address are you emailing?

At times emails may have got lost. I'd resend.

You are correct that if you pay for a service, you do expect to get a response, even if it os to direct you to where you need to find the information.

Don't worry, you'll get your knuckles wrapped on this site as some users feel the organisers can do no wrong.

Just be clear and direct but not rude, and remember they are dealing with 10,000's of enquires so its only expected that a couple fall through the net.

Out of interest, what was it that you were asking, people here may well be able to help or direct you to where you need to look..

It was regarding dropping off caravan in field and then leaving in car and coming back.

They've answered now. Took 10 days mind.

And no, I was polite, and no, it wasnt a stupid question.

Appreciated their busy and it might have got lost I guess but I'd say 48-72 hours email should be answered.
