I disagree, maybe your email got lost in their endless pile of emails. But I've emailed them 3 times in the past fortnight, and have responses in less than 24hrs (2/3hrs in a couple of cases). Have you tried again? Also, what email address are you emailing?

Maybe it's pot luck but I emailed them a question and they replied the same day.

Perhaps you emailed them in the same tone as your first post? Try polite - it might work. Or perhaps you've emailed them a question that is answered elsewhere?

They got back to me pretty quickly recently too. I'd imagine they are probably receiving lots of enquiries at the moment, but the generally respond quite fast.

You are correct that if you pay for a service, you do expect to get a response, even if it os to direct you to where you need to find the information.

Don't worry, you'll get your knuckles wrapped on this site as some users feel the organisers can do no wrong.

Just be clear and direct but not rude, and remember they are dealing with 10,000's of enquires so its only expected that a couple fall through the net.

Out of interest, what was it that you were asking, people here may well be able to help or direct you to where you need to look..

Surely it depends on what the email was about? If its irrelevant or stupid I Ivan understand them not replying. In my experience they've been great in replying to emails.

It was regarding dropping off caravan in field and then leaving in car and coming back.

They've answered now. Took 10 days mind.

And no, I was polite, and no, it wasnt a stupid question.

Appreciated their busy and it might have got lost I guess but I'd say 48-72 hours email should be answered.

it might have been because they had to source an answer for you from someone who knew the answer.

That would cause the 2nd question to be answered sooner because they already had the answer to hand.
