I'm all for a bit of pop music and that Glasto caters for everyone, but I wouldn't want to see it turn into the Smash Hits Poll Winners' Party.

Thanks for the offer lads but you stick to Wembley and I'll stick to Worthy Farm.

Is this the way the festivals going, when a boy band is considering it?

Its always had pop acts but there's pop and there's pop,I think a line has to be drawn somewhere but I feel that line was crossed a few years ago,It wont be long before the likes of One direction headline if it carries on like this.

Time to stop the rot?

Far rather have Take That than Mumford. I'm not sure quite why Take That are supposedly a 'pop boy-band' and M&S a band. Don't they both write and perform their own dodgy pop music?

It's just Take That have more tunes, more variety and a stronger back catalogue. Out of all the 'boy-bands', they'd certainly be my first choice.

I don't much care for Oasis either but I was thinking more like Kylie, although she never got to play she was headlined for the Sunday 2005 I think.

I shall now when I get in in about an hour from now go through Glasto's past line up to find the defining line!

    • I think it's a conscious decision this year not to publicize it beforehand. Not sure why. Maybe they have even removed the concept of a passport altogether and have something else... I like it because it helps me find parts of the program that don't function as slots in the timetable.
    • Still see Beach House with a new Album    and Tame Impala and The Strokes.
    • Yeah the rumour I heard is Glastonbury + Spurs stadium, the guy who posted it seems to be on the ball most of the time as well.   He's also now put one up for Sam fender summer shows
