Addresses for registration ?

Am I right in thinking that we do not need any addresses when buying tickets. I have done this so many times but I can't really remember. I know I don't need everyones address but does the lead person buying the ticket have to give their address.

I don't think so but as I am organising a large group of people get tickets I was just looking for confirmation.

Everyone is registered and I know that the postcodes are required for each person along with their registration number.

When you get to the booking page, you put in the registration number and postcode for each person who you are booking for on that order.

The next page will bring up the name and address of the first lot of peoples details you put in (this is to confirm delivery address)

In previous few years, you then need to type in YES at the bottom to confirm those details as correct.

So yeah, just the one address will show up

last year you had to put the person's name who's card your paying with down first, when you got to the card details page his/hers full address details are locked in.

nor true you can use a card of someone who isnt even going

didn't no you could use any card. never seen that option i had to go back and enter the card holders reg details first. must of been a bit excited because i got to the booking screen.

You didn't put any card details in till the last page.

so if someone pays for you who is not going the tickets get delivered to the first person on the booking page? or the person buying the tickets?.

I booked yesterday and I was the main buyer but we had money in my brothers account, but when it came to the last page it was all in my name and address and it asked for my card details, we nearly passed out as didnt want to go back a page, so we used my savings account and then got the money transferred from my brother right away, that was stressful! I bookid for 8. I am not sure if it would have been declined as usually you have to match card with delivery adddress, it was not worth the risk so I am wondering did anyone use a card that was not theirs?

My card doesn't match my delivery address.

Well, it does at the point of purchasing the tickets, but I do change the delivery address closer to the delivery date, as I usually don't know where I'd be able to pickup the tickets until the very last minute.
