Putting themselves about a lot this summer and played R&L last year so potentially a good shout for V. Great live act, would be a good booking!

I'll be seeing them in the summer, old school users of this board will know a fest close to Staffs V that has a great Indie line up that V used to have and this year they've pulled out a blinder.

The View ain't that bad, their new stuff was pretty good to be honest, excited for Cast too, never seen them, Pigeon Detectives, depends, seen them belt out a great performance and seen them poor. Poor was at SSW 07, sure you were there Neil, they couldn't give a fuck. But seen them at TITP and they were on form

If that's the year I'm thinking it was, it's a sad thing to say, but I've never been so bored and repelled by such a dreadful main stage line-up at any festival ever. I don't think there was a single redeeming feature to it. Dreadful, dull indie landfill durge.

You know those line-ups from small festivals which you look at and think "there's nothing I'd want to see here"? They score a million times higher. It's not fame that makes a band good, it's having talent.
