If it wasn't for Pulp completely redefining my entire Glastonbury experience, these guys would have been my highlight. Jim Jones has more rock n roll in his little toe than the rest of the people on site put together and was just what I needed during the torrential Friday rain. Did anyone else watch them tear the Oxlyers tent up on Friday?

Wish I had seen them. Been wanting to ever since I saw them on Jools Holland a few months ago.

Also, my flatmate did a phone interview with them once while i was sprawled naked in the corner, so I feel inclined to like them.

they were fantastic

one of the best 2 or 3 acts I've seen in over 20 years at Glastonbury

Yes, I waded through the mud and pouring rain to catch them.

I love a band with energy, and JJR have that in spades.

My description of them is like a combination of Jerry Lee Lewis rock and roll/The Cramps/Motorhead/ various punk bands.

And the lead singer looks like a cross between a young Lux Interior(Cramps) and a young Vic Reeves-quite a stunning combination in my books.

I've been catching up with their stuff on the internet since I got home.

Yes - Absolutely frantic from start to finish. I can't think of another group where all five members are so full on all the time

they were excellent. I've seen them before so knew that the trudge of doom through the mud over that side of the fest would be worth it and they didn't disappoint.

Jim Jones Revue and Yi Niwl

I ended up seeing neither of them

They were bloody wonderful. Hadn't heard of them before, was only there because I couldn't get into see Katy B. Absolutely blew my mind.
