what is going on with this shower of numpties?

i was getting concerned about my lack of tickets today, so checked the see ticket tracker, my tickets were sent to dx on may 13th and should have been delivered within 7 days, i then contacted dx to see what was going on and was told they were due to be delivered tomorrow. i re-scheduled a delivery for saturday when i could guarantee somebody would be home! all was hunky-dory!

i just recieved a txt from dz stating that my tix are being returned to see as they are unable to deliver and that they are very sorry for any inconvenience caused!

what the f**k is wrong with just sending tix out via royal mail in the first place?

Looks like a few of us on the Wirral are having the same problem. Mine is now showing "The item is due for or has recently been returned."

I've had no emails or failed delivery cards. My wife, who got a ticket in the final re-sale, got hers by Royal Mail this morning.

Im in Crosby, Liverpool and we dont have ours yet.

I do remember though that the last few years we have been the last to get ours...always really close to the event. I havent had any cards or e-mails and my ticket, insurance and car parking reference are coming up with nothing at the moment.

We are awaiting 8 on the Wirral too, no sign of any of them yet. Getting bit nervous as only 13 days to go!:(

Ive recieved the above email, but when I enter my postcode and tracking number I get:- "Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again."

I think your seetickets reference is only good to track it, once it's actually been dispatched by the looks of it.

My ticket went to DX on 9th May (live in North Wales, so probably similar sorting to the Wirral).

Mate in Liverpools was dispatched to DX on 10th May, still hasn't had it.

In fact no one has had them yet.

My worst concern is the last possibly delivery date is next Friday so doesn't really give you much time to sort out if anything does go tits up.

The correct reference is on the ticket order confirmation email from Seetickets sent back in April. It's hidden in the add insurance link (the 8 digit number).

28 minutes on hold to seetickets at 10p a minute mate! when my tix have arrived i am going for a very hot curry, i am going to squirt that very hot curry into a box via my hoop the morning after! then i am going to send that box to the gaffer at see via dx! its called karma!

why charge us punters 4.95 for delivery through R.M, then try to send out the tix ,for pennies through a different (INEPT) company?

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
