Poncho

disposable camera

Booze

Ciggies

Lighter

Lip balm

cash

Sun glasses

toilet roll

hand sanitizer

An array of other stuff such as spare glow sticks for strangers , poppers and bubbles. I even had face paint last year and had much pleasure in drawing stars on peoples faces.

Small pack wet wipes

Handy pack tissues

Hand sanitiser

Chewing Gum

Bottle of Water

Poncho/mac (dependent on weather)

Glastonbury guide & ticket (but this is usually around neck)

Shades (normally on head/face B) )

In the evenings the Camera is ditched, as my night pics always end up crap so I've stopped bothering, and I normally get rid of the water as well.

But I add:

Hat

Cotton Scarf

Torch

And also ditch the flip flops for warmer socks and converse, and grab a sweatshirt to cover my lovely brown shoulders after living in a vest all day :P

Peace x

In 2009 i lugged my little rucksack around for my two fello companions, with everything from Toilet roll, beers, hand lotion et al. It was very heavy to start with , unitil the beers went of course but i ended up with a sweaty back, it was just very annoying. Last year i got one of the draw string jobbies from the Gaurdian paper stall which was a lot easier. If you where combats you can carry your sun glasses . money, camera etc in the pockets and other items such as a top for later and some beers or spirits in the and sling it around your shoulder. This is my intention this year.

I seem to cart more and more stuff around each year... But its all necessary. If I didnt have any of these I would probably have to trek aaaaaaaaall the way back to the tent...

Im thinking of investing in a new bag. A proper back pack type one. Only trouble is, Ill have everything we dont want getting nicked in my bag, and if my bag is on my back I cant help but wonder about pick pockets...

I'm a fan of the minimalist approach.

Money

Loo roll

Clashfinder

Guide around neck

Buffalo Special 6 Shirt around my waist

Cannot overstate how good Buffalo kit is. When it's wet it keeps you dry, when it's cold it keeps you warm, but when it's hot and wet you don't overheat.

Only downside is that you won't look good regardless of the conditions.

This year intend to carry a plastic bottle filled from my 5 litre box of Red Wine and maybe a cup

Chair (am old)

Drugs (Ibuprofen, am old with sad knees)

Worth carrying a chair as you can sit on it or put your stuff on it and don't end up with the bag on your back all day (am old)

Round neck, guide, lip salve and the little LED off my bicycle

On head, sunglasses
