It'll never get better than this

Ok so I'm a lil drunk from celebrating a 19th title but eventually I got round to watching tender from 09 and I thought to myself that's the best song I'll ever see live, so I was wondering if any other efesters have equal memories of seeing an act at Glasto where you thought afterwards that that'll never be topped?

In case you forgot

Not sure about "it'll never get better than this" cos there's always so many amazing moments to come...

However this was pretty special to me. I feckin love New Order so seeing these boys rocking it out in the flood/mud of 05 was pretty bloody amazing for me. I also love watching bands when it's dusk - betwixt the day and the night :P

It's a shitty job but somebody's got to do it, so here goes. Sunday morning / lunchtime at the Pyramid stage basking in sunshine (can't recall the year) and the whole crowd singing along with Rolfe Harris performing Two Little Boy's. The whole world radiated innocence and happiness for me at that moment :) Everything made sense for one small brief moment in time. Don't knock Rolfe until you've tried him, that's what I say!

It was sensational of course, but I preferred This Is A Low.

Of course nick cave utterly eclipsed blur, it doesnt need to be said. AND we had the wonderful view of a nubile young lady pulling up her top to reveal a peachy pair of creamy milkers.

The only thing that annoyed me about the set (apart from the ungrateful scum in the crowd) was they did the version of stagger lee with the extra verse on the end - I dont like that verse. Also they didnt finish with lucy like that had done at most over gigs that tour, I can only assume because the crowd was so f**king awful and didnt deserve it. BAH

Their performance of loverman when they played in 94 (not sure of date) was the greatest thing of all though.
