Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh lad, aye dunnni nerr 'bout eneee one else but Den not nerring 'bout The Archers being on Wireless, when I was lad we was so poor we didn't have a telefishin and had to make do with listening to the radio because we couldn't afford the rental on a set. I think he might be one of the better-to-do types and lays it on a bit thick.

Whats appertainin?? He`s chored off Mrs Warbouys now over a poxy Talking Book coming through the letterbox.. and then he`s groped her pensioners droops!!! WTF!!

Hows this gonna end? I think the most realistic end would be him tying Ginger Fritz onto the bed and trying to force the bairn back up her tuppence--citing that the child will be blighted by The Catherine Tates

Saying that... why would that mean the end? After what he`s done so far.

Now--- what about she used to be dowdy now she`s a seven Claire?

I`m telling yer.. she wouldn`t go down for what she`s done. No way--esp with the kids and the mitigating circs. She`s just lost a butcher.

And a butcher who didnt know he had a Fat Dad until 10yrs ago at that.

Nah.. she wont go down... pack her off to France with her Mam and Dad.. and be done with it.

I`m off to buy some Ken Socks... just in the hope like y`know...

to have Diedres Skin Purses slappin yer in the chops..whilst catchin glipses of yer newly-purchased white socks.. well what more could a Monarch of the Glen watcher need eh!!

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
