Hi,

Is it hard to get CV tickets when they go on offer?

First time going like this and have just started reading about them being on sale on eBay etc for lots of money and am feeling alarmed as I already have a caravan paid for etc and I don't even want to consider camping anymore.

I was absolutely GOBSMACKED at the number of campers there this year. It's clearly a massive cash cow. There shouldn't be a problem but don't hang about booking.

Never had problem getting them but I am always prompt when ordering them . As far as e-bay goes I seen some decent people on it who just wanted there money back , also some spivs who where still trying to sell tickets at inflated prices on the Tuesday . Hope they got stuck with them .

I agree with that. Bit cheap trying to make a few quid out of a CV ticket. Get a job is what I say.

Yeah well ill just be prompt then in doing it. Got a caravan being delivered and collected for 300 quid which is good.

Any opinions on east or west CV at all?

Have you hired your caravan from a company or a friend as im interested in hiring for my family but cant find anywhere,if hiredmessage me where from please

Last year we took a trailer tent and were in CV East. Next year we'll be taking the TT and a motohome, which we're hiring for the week for just £300 - assuming we get CV tickets.

It was our first time in the CV fields and was excellent. We opted for CV East because it's closer to the Acoustic Stage where we were most likely to end up. If the Dance/John Peel area is more to your taste I'd go for CV West.
