i think kasabian are over rated. yes they have some catchy indie hits. but as musicians there poor. if you take the likes of arcade fire this year a band you might of not staright away thought of headling. in my eyes did a good job and musically they are top. what have kasabian done recently to deserve there right to headline??

Make your mind up, you were saying only Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian are the only proper decent English rock bands going at the moment and you also said Arcade Fire didn't cut it as good enough despite only going to Reading on the Friday to see Guns N Roses. :blink:

Yeah, I'd say Kasabian are good enough. They have some great tunes, and IMO are a lot better as musicians than you give them credit for...Also, great live. Definitely know how to get a crowd going!

YES;

They've got some new stuff coming out, well Serj said there would be anyway. They are always good live, always consistent and theres some great sing a longs knocking around in there aswell. And compared to some of the potential bands mentioned, I'd take these lot in with open arms.

Be reet.

Well it certainly wouldn't be inspired if they were booked for next year since they headlined TITP and V this year. It would definately be a safe booking but I'd just find it a bit dull booking acts that have already played everywhere else.
