Who on here doesn't go to festivals?

Oafish posted on here the other day that he planned next year to have three holidays, might go to the Grand Prix, maybe some football - but no music fesivals. I don't think he's been to any this year either. So it made me wonder, who on efestivals doesn't go to festivals? I only went to two this year, and two last year - which I think is just about the minimum I could get away with still professing to be a festival fiend .... what about others?

I'm not a big festival goer as i only went to my first one 4 years ago and that was V. More to do with having a small child and no money (at the time) than lack of wanting to go.

I've only been to Sonisphere in Switzerland this year. Unfortunately i had to use most of my holiday earlier this year to be with a very ill friend.

So i've never had the chance to go to very many. I'd love to go to more, but the OH hates camping and my friends are all getting to the age where they are starting to have children and don't want to or can't go. I don't feel confident enough to go anywhere on my own.

So i suppose this sort of makes me an imposter lol, but i only ever post in discussions anyway.

Really? I think that's silly. I mean if people can't afford to go, or like Oaf have had a kid and other priorities kick in, or someone is too unwell to go, then ostracising them from the forums too would be adding insult to injury.
