Has anyone had a camping guest/vip ticket before?

My girlfriend has managed to get a few through work, so for the first time a little group of us are camping in the guest area. I know where the guest camping is, but I don't really get what else this includes? I've heard security checks into the arena are lighter and people haven taken their own cans in etc. Turning up thursday evening, I've heard it's pretty roomy (compared to the normal camping areas) can anyone shed some light on this?

Doesn't really include very much. The campsite is cleaner than the others and it has showers and no toilet burning mayhem on the Sunday night but Festival Republic are doing a good job at making slightly worse every year.

There's a path you can take from the entrance at piccadilly circus to a guest bar & food area. The food is normally pretty good but the alcohol is a bit dearer than the main arena. You can normally take cans to the backstage area from the campsite but need to put them in paper cups before entering the arena.

You sometimes get a few band members,radio one djs or z list celebs sitting around but mainly it's just record business employees pretending they're important......
