When is reccomended to e-mail/call Seetickets about the non-arrival of my tickets?

And whats the best way to contact them?

still got 2 weeks. everyone panics way too early. if they havent come by the monday before, then call. otherwise, chill out

Ill probably give them a call the Thursday/Friday before tbh, as im off to Berlin on Tuesday 24th as mentioned in other Threads and I doubt theyll be around at the weekend

Last year, I got to the Friday before hand and phoned seetickets in a panic asking where are my tickets and the when the lass on the phone said "The tracking information says they are out for delivery today" to which I replied "Its five to five, are they still going to be" *knock knock knock*...and low and behold I was the last day of delivery...and that was 3 business days before the festival I got my ticket...

my friend got hers at ~8am wednesday morning last year, about an hour before she had to catch the train to leeds

Relax, ours came 3 days before the festival last year.

Last year my mate went away the week before and didn't get a chance to go and sign for his ticket at the post office

But when he got to the festival they checked that it hadn't been delivered and gave him one there

Not saying this would definitely happen, as apparently the box office has changed but it's still a last minute resort if your ticket don't arrive in time before you go away, which I'm sure they will

I panic like everyone else, but I wouldn't bother chasing it up until a week before the festival, otherwise all you'll get is the standard FAQ response of "usually within 2 weeks, but contact us if you haven't received them within 7 days"

If your tickets don't arrive in time, or haven't been collected due to you being away, they can check this and give you another at the box office on site and void the other's.

Unless you're waiting on day tickets, in which case, follow the advice on the See site, re missing tickets as they wont do anything until those criteria are met

In our experience ticketmaster have always been later and harder to chase tickets. But this year ticketmaster have sent out early. Whereas seetickets have the tickets sat in there offices yet are not sending them out. Some poeple will say its about touts but one of festival republic partners is a touting site

ok bought a ticket from my friend (dont know where he bought them, assume they are legit as he recieved his) who bought 3 tickets supposedly, unless they charged him 3 times for one ticket.

Should i be worried as he has his and the other 2 havent arrived yet? fairly sure they would all come at once, but i might be wrong
