Why the hell did I miss LCD Soundsystem for Faithless' average set, LCD Soundsystem have such TUNES and it would have been belting.

you're young. you have to make mistakes in order to learn from them, and so you don't repeat them.

LCD were very good i thought, they do indeed have the TUNES, though the hour went too quickly (i am biased though, i love them, but find Faithless to be, well, lets just say they're not my cup of organic chai).

I wouldn't worry about LCD. Their 'last eva eva eva tour' has now been extended into the autumn and there will be plenty of chances to see them.

Personally in hindsight I think Toots and the Maytals looked like the best band in that slot.

Yes that's what I do, just try and forget that one band exists so that the clash doesn't seem so bad.

I went for a snooze with the full intention of getting up in time for LCD but woke up with just enough time to go see the second half of Empire Of The Sun.

They were one of the best bands I saw there,mind you apart from The Gorrilaz so was everyone else.

They were absolutely superb, one of the highlights of the whole weekend. In the top 2 for me.

Glad they are continuing to tour, as they are on form at the moment. It would be a shame for them to bin it just yet!

i wanted to go and see LCD too, but all my mates were mad keen for faithless who i thought at the time were very good. i've since seen faithless at global and highlights from T they were no where near as good so i think it was just the sunday night pyramid atmosphere!

at leeds i want to go and see them, but i may end up seeing guns and roses as alot of my mates will be. at them mo i plan to see GNR at the start, and if they are any good i'll stay but if the gobshite rose is sounding a bit off i will be heading straight to LCD!

Was going to see Faithless but at last minute decided I didnt want another trudge round to the Pyramid stage so saw LCD instead, have to say glad I did, they were excellent, only criticsm no North American Scum but otherwise a superb set.

They were great, but unfortunately their set was really short and they finished really suddenly.

I have booked a ticket for one of their upcoming shows in November. They are doing a joint gig with Hot Chip who were another highlight for. Would love it if they collaborate for a couple of tunes, but that might be hoping for a wee bit too much.
