I learned earlier that Ben Keith who played pedal-steel guitar on many of Neil Young's great albums over the past 40 years and toured with him extensively including the 2009 Pyramid stage appearance died late last week aged 73. Very sad news, he brought a unique sound to many of Neil's best tunes that will be hard to re-create. The live shows will just not be the same without him.
