Battery fairy lights

Has anyone got any battery operated fairy lights, and if so where did you get em from? I want to give our awning some girliness

Tried B&Q last night but despite having '8 boxes in stock' they couldn;t find em - and no more B&Q's on the island .....

Any ideas anyone?

I just went into poundland and they have small packs of battery powered lights to hang off tents etc. I don't know why I didn't end up getting them to be honest cos I thought they looked alright

Just bought 2 lots of these:

I got a few sets the other week from B&M, i don't know if their stores are nationwide to be truthful. But for £1.99 a pack its all good! http://www.bmstores.co.uk/

3 x AA batteries, i had a set last year which still operate now with the same batteries, the LED lights last for ages

Save your money and go up here about 10 minutes before sunset on the 23rd. Job's a good 'un.

I got 2 sets of solar led lights from sainsburys last year and they are still going strong have them in my front window now charging

Well, you can have quite a lot of them on the go.....

or, as Nina says have a very brief, but bright, small explosion.

Must do better with waterproofing things this year, not that it will rain clearly.
