lol to be fair to metcheck the apocolypse was only forecast silly time ahead, once it got to about now they put a real one up. They did the same for all of the festivals I checked, it made me laugh - shows there are real people there with a real sense of humour :)

I have just discovered the "Weatherbug" app on my phone (I've been playing with it all evening) It says it's going to rain. It showed me a pretty graphic too.

Dunno what it's like down south, but up here in Alba the weather forecast is very rarely right on the day - never mind a week in advance!

I won't be bothering about any forecasts!

Weather forecasts are a nonsense.

According to the BBC forecast it's raining where I live at this very moment in time. It's not rained once all day.

Tbh the weather foceasts are useless even up to the day

The rage factor was meant to be pissing down all day, but instead we got a tiny bit of drizzle during the their set (which actually cooled you down nicely), and blazing sunshine for the rest of the day

weathers back to being w*nk and eastmidlands met office advise of heavy rain all week.

I feel like this may be partly my fault because its been somewhat of a crappy year and i was actually looking forward to getting away from it all for a week.

Rain was expected. <_<

    • We head out in the morning. Couple of nights in New York then up to Boston. Enjoy the games lads and hopefully we get some great football to take our minds off the whole shitshow off the pitch.
    • White Stripes/QotSA at Harewood 2007, Tramlines (and Blue Dot, same weekend) in '23, and Elbow at Jodrell Bank '13.
    • Yeah exactly, the shock moments, group layouts, etc all end up playing out differently once you get into the tournament. However you tweak it, you don't predict shocks.
