An essential part of my gear. Particularly useful for people not used to doing a lot of walking or getting hot and sweaty in the blistering heat we're going to have this year. Smoothes and soothes those bits that rub against clothing. Also worth taking a small tin of vaseline. (No smutty remarks please - I'm thinking purely of sore feet).
