I just got through to See Tickets. They put me on hold for a while, and then told me that my ticket has not been dispatched, and that someone from customer services will call me back.

I'm sure it'll get sorted. I just don't really relish the thought of queueing up with thousands of others in an attempt to do so.

Plus, I've got to forego my Friday lunchtime pint so I can go home and check if they've been delivered. That's just not on!

I got through to See Tickets yesterday, and they called me back a couple of hours later to tell me that there will be duplicates waiting for collection on the day, and that I'd just need the booking number and some ID (photo & address). Therefore you just need to keep trying on the phone.

i got told the same thing. but do i believe it...?

i used 0115 993 4419. you choose option 1 for missing tickets then have to sit through a load of recorded ticket info before going into the call queue. took about 20 imns in all. their main numbers were only giving me the engaged tone. wonder if they'll pay my phone bill next month? in total it's about an hour i've spent in queues or on hold with them this week.

I appear to have an opposite issue... I just got sent a SECOND pair of tickets but with the photos on the tickets replaced by PHOTO ID REQUIRED.

Anyone else got this? My mate can't get the Monday off work now... so I'm wondering if this is an easier way of getting another mate in in his wake...

I got through on the phone pretty quickly and my tickets will be at the gate to collect - hopefully.

I guess there is always a chance they will turn up tomorrow. Not holding my breath though!

Has anyone else received 2 tickets?

I got mines during the week, however I've also receieved 2 more today =S

The first ones I got had the photograph on them along with my address, but the new ones don't and say that I need valid photographic ID and some form of utility bill to prove my address...

Which tickets are correct, or are they both?

Should I go and get the new ones (at my parents house about an hour away) or think the old ones are fine?

Hum, interesting - though Mr PC is going to be well disappointed if they don't play The Ghost of Tom Joad!

Does anyone know whether the line-up is complete - or can we expect some surprises on the day - maybe, the winners of the fan vote? ;)

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
