Copping said, on the Metal Hammer podcast interview that all 3 headliners he was in talks with already have never headlined the Download or Monsters Of Rock festivals. I don't think Soundgarden ever have? Metallica, well that rules them out and SOAD could be true i guess but i'd have to get my facts right. I'm going with 3 headliners out of these 5 after this info:

Soundgarden

Paramore

Rammstein

Foo Fighters

Green Day

You missed Bon Jovi, Pearl Jam, Muse, Van Halen and Manowar (are they big enough?).

They look like they're sticking with the classic rock sunday headliner thing, I think Van Halen will be approached every year until they agree. If not them then they will book Bon Jovi - who else is big enough to play?
