I don't think Soundgarden ever have? Metallica, well that rules them out and SOAD could be true i guess but i'd have to get my facts right. I'm going with 3 headliners out of these 5 after this info:

You missed Bon Jovi, Pearl Jam, Muse, Van Halen and Manowar (are they big enough?).

They look like they're sticking with the classic rock sunday headliner thing, I think Van Halen will be approached every year until they agree. If not them then they will book Bon Jovi - who else is big enough to play?
